Payment is due at the time of order.

No items will be dispatched without full receipt of payment first.

If payment is not made within 48 hours of placing the order, unfortunately it will be cancelled.

Invoices are issued under the name and address provided as the shipping address when placing your order. If you require an invoice to be issued under different details, please state this clearly when placing your order.

Processing time

Please note that most items are specifically made to order. The processing time to prepare each order for shipping is up to two weeks unless otherwise stated in the description of the item ordered. Orders made at events or exhibitions will have a longer processing time; exact timescales will be outlined to you at the time of purchase.

All orders are sent from the UK via Royal Mail first class ‘Signed for/ Tracked’ post and a signature is required upon delivery. Please keep in mind that you may have to visit your local post office to pick up your order.

I provide combined shipping for multiple orders.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.


Upon dispatch, the average delivery times on business days vary according to destination. As a rough guide on it may take approximately:
1-2 days in UK
Up to 8 days to rest of Europe
Up to 15 days worldwide

Please allow extra time for delivery during peak seasons such as Christmas and national holidays during which all postal services are busy.

If you require your item to be sent by express delivery, please inform us in the ‘Notes to seller’ section, so that we can let you know how much extra it is likely to cost.

Our items are securely packaged however we are not responsible for loss or damage during transit.

Please note that buyers outside of the EU are responsible for any duties and customs fees that may be incurred.


Orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged once an item has been dispatched but please contact me if you have any problems with your order and I will do my best to help.

Items purchased or ordered from events or exhibitions cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned.


To ensure a quality customer service, if there are any problems with your purchase, please send me a message right away and I will do my best to solve the issue.

Upon receipt, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 5 days of receiving it. 

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

The item must be returned along with its original packaging in an unused, undamaged condition. Items which are dirty, damaged or have already been used or washed will not be accepted as returns. 

We do not accept returns based on customer input errors.


Buyers must pay for any return shipping costs. 

When returning an item, we advise that a recorded/tracking shipping method is used. If an item is returned to us via non-recorded/tracked mail and is subsequently lost in transit, we will be unable to refund your money.

We do not hold responsibility for damage or loss of items during transit.


After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the full value of the item minus shipping costs will be reimbursed to you via the original method of payment within 14 days of receipt of the returned item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


  • Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash
  • Gift Cards are non-transferable, and resale is prohibited
  • Replacements will not be provided for cards which are lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission
  • Gift Cards cannot be combined with other vouchers and are not valid for use with other promos and offers unless otherwise stated
